How DISH Leverages Fairygodboss

Fairygodboss collaborates with DISH to determine what employer branding and recruitment marketing tactics will effectively aid in achieving their yearly objectives. Last year, one of DISH’s primary goals was expanding their pool of professional women talent. By utilizing the Fairygodboss Resume Drop, Fairygodboss was able to help DISH achieve this objective.

The Results

During the Resume Drop campaign, DISH received over 1,200 resumes from women job seekers. The organization then engaged with the talent leads who opted in to receive communications through a CRM campaign. This campaign yielded incredible results:

This success highlights the high level of engagement within the Fairygodboss community. As we can see, the 1,200+ candidates that DISH connected with through the Fairygodboss Resume Drop campaign were eager to receive, open, and click through the email. In addition, out of the 1209 leads, DISH received 291 applications equating to a 24% conversion rate. 

These candidates have been added to DISH’s talent pipeline for future vacancies — supporting their diversity recruitment efforts.
